I was one of the VANGOLENS who lived next door on Byrd Ave. in Bloomfield. Teenie and Al were like our second parents. I have many cherished memories from spending time with them. Later I was Kaylee's teacher when she moved to Cedar Grove. Rest in peace, Teenie - we will all remember you, your smile and big heart!

While in Germany, we were told that Aunt Teenie had died. Since she had lived such a vibrant life, we were only saddened that she had been in some distress before she died. We were in PA in January to celebrate her birthday and we will always remember the joy we had in being together that day. Since we can not be there, we planted a bush in her honor--The Teenie Bush. Miss you always.
