We were going to the Elmwood Museum, I remember playing with you on the floor in your mom's mini van. You had so much energy and the most beautiful smile.

We will all be together again, up there time doesn't exist, but here it feels like an eternity . 

I remember when Kevin was a baby and his Mom brought him over to my house in the early morning for me to watch him so she could go to work.
He was always a very happy baby with the cutest smile ever.
Anyway Kevin always liked to climb in the dog cage we had in the kitchen. His Dad came to pick him up one afternoon and low and behold, there he was sitting in the dogs cage in the kitchen! I assurred your Dad that I did not put you in there. You went willingly. Your Mom and Dad love you very much! They put together an awsome tribute to you! Beleive me I crie through the whole thing.

You are missed by many Kevin, and we "will" see you again someday !   

I remember the day your mom came over to tell us the news about being pregnant with you, I have never seen her more relaxed, she even laid down on our couch....that is not Janet. Relaxed and so very happy.  Kevin, I wish you could have met Kayla and Austin they would have loved you.  We are sorry we lost contact and missed so much of your life.
 

Kevin enjoyed spending time with his cousins William and Joe. They lived in the country in a big farm house. He went out to spend the night, we came to pick him up the next day. We visited with everyone awhile, then got in the car and left. I thought he fell asleep, but from the back i hear his little voice say "mom are ghost`s real" ? I`m like where did you hear about ghost`s Uncle Joe!  He told us stories. I`m like great he was like 3 years old!!.

I called my sister when we got home and told her about the ghost stories and all i hear in the back ground is Joe`s big laugh, could not be mad then. Had to know the guy 6ft 7in big ole guy. RIP to him as well 

Kevin was always scared of the dark and everything else after that!! Thank you Joe   

He got his first letter and a pin for basketball. The next year he got a pin for soccer and basketball.

Sammy is Kevin`s dog. His first dog. We got him as a puppy when we first moved into our house. Sammy i believe knows how to tell time, he would get up into our bay window everyday at the same time. Sit there and wait for Kevin to get off of the bus, he would get so excited when he would see him he would do the beagle bark/howl thing and run to the door. Kevin loved it, all the other kids could hear the fuss Sammy was making.

This was family day at Ft Benning Georgia. He was a very proud soldier that day!! All he wanted to do was eat and shop on his free afternoon. Lol

Kevin`s 18th and my****birthday we celebrated together. The look on his face in this picture is priceless!! It was the typical "Kevin" look!!

we liked to go riding around on sat. had kevin in my car with mom. we were on our way to joliet to the mall. a car pulled out in fron of us i slammed on the brakesand swerved to miss it . kevins head hit the windshield. cracks were all over it but hardheaded kevin wasnt hurt. never let him set like that again

Kevin had gone to spend the night with his aunt Debbie and cousins Will and Joey. So his dad and I took advantage of some free time and took a trip to Galena for the day. We returned home late in the evening to find about 25 messages on our answering machine, (not too many people had cell phones yet). When we got ahold of my sister she told us she took the kids to the park and Kevin had gotten into a baby swing(he was 5 or 6) and got stuck! Since he was a little big for it his legs swelled a little bit, so he could`nt get out.

911 was called, he got out of the swing. They wanted to examine his legs since they swelled, so they pulled his pants down. SUPRISE our boy had gone commando!!
lol   

Kevin and his friend Jordan were playing at the playground of Cheesbro school. Awhile after they left Jordan comes back, and says Mrs. Gibson you need to come to the school. Kevin is stuck high up in a tree and can`t get down, my mom called the fire department.
Sure enough i get to the school there is Kevin way way up in this big tree. Scared to death to move. Here comes the fire department with the cherry picker to get him down. He looked like a scared little racoon.
I don`t think he climbed a tree again!!
