"Let the Good Times Roll"
In a nutshell that was Lawrence's life philosophy.

Lawrence's Background - by Steve Kole

September 23, 2015

After graduating from East Chambers HIgh School Lawrence joined the US Air Force and spend his first nine months in Airborne Radar  Electronics School at Kessler AF Base in Biloxi, Mississippi.

From there he served the balance of his four year tour at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio where he was assigned to repairing the Radar Systems that were located in the nose cone of the Fighter Jet Airplanes. (Lawrence once stated that it would get so hot in the summer time out on the flight line that they would have to carry their tools around in a bucket of water to keep them from getting so  hot that they could not pick them up).

Once Lawrence completed his tour in the Air Force he returned to Kole Farms as a partner where he and older brother Steve decided to enter into the farming of Farm Raised Catfish to complement their ongoing Rice Farming Operation.

Lawrence was in charge of the Farm Raised Catfish Operation which was the first Farm Raised Catfish Farm in Texas and thus created so much positive publicity-which in turn attracted an unsolicited buyer who then purchased the entire Kole Farms Rice and Catfish, etc., operation at a premium.
