Marilyn was a fun person to be with and we held many interesting discussions. Most of all she loved being married to Mike and being a mother to Megan and Mason. She was a very giving person and loved being with family. She will be missed by my family and losing my youngest sister is very hard and I pray God will be with all of us.

Fun time between cousins.

Our families would visit quite frequently. We shared the passion of riding horses. On one occasion Marilyn and I decided to go ride but her horse was in the lower field, so we walked down there and Marilyn put a halter on the horse but not a saddle. She asked if I wanted to ride back up to the house so I got on bare back. The horse took off at a loap and headed towards the house. Well, I hung on for dear life and continued to get my mount to slow down to a walk with no avail. We got to the front yard at full loap, with no signs of stopping and knowing I would probably fall off soon and the concrete of the garage was looming up on me I calculated my dismount and fell on the soft grass. No injuries were found and I said your horse has never done that before and Marilyn said, "Oh I forgot to tell you earlier, but I taught her to run back to the garage to get saddled" I think Iwas a bit upset but later on we always had a good laugh about it.
