"Dad, I don't know what to say. U are the greatest man I ever knew. U gave mom, Stephen and me absolutely everything in the world. All the years of travel hockey, I don't remember you missing a game. When I fish, I think about you. I miss the text messages in the middle of a tournament asking how I'm looking and how many I have. As the days go by I miss u more and more and it becomes more real. I miss u so much. God has you now. May you rest easy. Until we meet again dad. Love always"
"Michael.......I only became part of this family about 11 years ago, & immediately I found you to be as crazy as me! From then on I knew we'd be friends. I always said if I were a comedian I'd love to have you in my audience, because you always lost it when I told a story. I'll never forget our visit to Florida, golfing each morning, you & that rainbow drive, lol. Then of course our visit to sponsor gifts........was priceless. ......When things get stressful,.....all I do is look at that video & smile. I could go on forever, with all the zainey times that are, now, all great timeless memories. I know God took care of you when you passed. Even though you weren't much of a church goer, he recognizes people that care for there family & especially Ann. I truly believe that....and it was all verified through the rainbow message you sent us. For all that have doubts......just think......what are the odds that such a big vibrant rainbow would appear over his house at that time. God Bless you Mike.....pray for us continue helping Ann & the boys, including Jazzy :-) .....say hi to Dave & my Mom for me.........Rest in Peace Man ......Jim"
"Mike and I were High School sweethearts and friends. My parents loved him as a son! Mom said "I liked Mike the moment I met him! "He was just that kind of kid/ guy. Can't tell you how many times my Mom threw away his retainer ! My Dad would tease him with one line " I have a gun you know"
Judy, Mark, Ann and family my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. May all the memories of Mike comfort you. He was a special guy."
"Dear Family, Michael and I grew up in Providence Rhode Island for he was cousins to my childhood friends the VERECHHIA's and BILODEAU families. We rode bikes, went to Rocky Point Amusement park and kept in and out of touch over the years. My mother Terry and late father Joe were friends with his late parents. The neighborhood was one BIG FAMILY. I last saw Mike at the Hope High Reunion I ran in 2005. Thank you to Nancy for notifying our family. My heart goes out to Ann and famiy, Judy and Mark respectfully ...
