Mike was a wonderful man who loved making people laugh! He enjoyed making people happy and accepted people for who they were. He liked to refer to himself in third person as "Chunky" and would make us all laugh when saying, "Chunky thanks you". He enjoyed his life, his children, loved his wife, and will leave a lasting impression on the world. He taught me to not take life so seriously. <3

My dad was an amazing person. He was kind and generous. He never had an unkind word to say about anyone. He loved his family and friends dearly and we all knew it because he told us often. He will be missed and we will never forget the love he had for us.

I loved my dad. I'll miss his humor and his smile. He was always there to help me when I needed him and I could always count on his advice. He was friends to all and is a great loss to the world. I miss him dearly. I love you Dad.

I will miss you dearly Mike. The chats and laughs with the children on Skype and how much you would make the children laugh . I can hear it now the laughter and jokes you and Lil Miss Dee Dee would share. I will never let her forget what a great, funny and kind man you was. We love you always .....

Mike was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He will be so missed around our farm and barn. He was such a good friend, and horseman. He always put the horses welfare first, and gave us many laughs around this barn. I loved his sense of humor - his love of family,friends and of course the horses. I am so glad we got to ride last Friday. And I hope he ate all those pickles.

His children were very lucky to be able to call Mr. Lysinger dad. I knew him growing up with Trisha and he was always nice. You will be missed by many and your love and teachings will live on through many. RIP
