I have no doubt that God will remember her and keep her memory safe.
He will surely be glad to bring her back to life in a perfect world when suffering will be no more and we will all welcome back our loved ones that are asleep in death. (Revelation 21:4 & John 5:28, 29) May our loving Father bring your family the peace and comfort only He can provide.

Tommy, Leesa, John and family. We have this afternoon discovered the passing of Miss Esther. Franklin will never know what has been lost, and our family here in North Carolina feel that loss. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. She was the most kind, gracious, generous, loving person this family, going back to my grandparents, Bura and Orrie Spradlin to my parents and my children's grandparents, Truitt and Onnie Davis. It was a privilege to have known Miss Esther and to have been able to call her a family friend. Jackie B. Leesa...I am so thankful that I had the blessed opportunity of meeting your mom and talking with her on a couple of occasions. She was certainly a delight to talk to. I know she will be greatly missed by you and your family, as well as the many people who have known her over the years in the community. I know heaven just received one of the most special angels. I am so sorry for your loss. Greg at (Remember Tributes)

Tommy - I sure was sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remembered the first time meeting her at the funeral home when Lynn and I stopped by on the way to Florida. Praying for you my friend as you continue to carry the torch that your parents carried as they served the fine people of Franklin and the surrounding area with compassion and dignity.

Thank you from The Stutts Family

The children and grandchildren of Mrs. Esther Carter Stutts,(Miss Esther)cannot begin to thank the many who have shown their love and respect for our mother and grandmother. Your love and generosity during this great loss to our family have been simply overwhelming. The people of Heard County have always been lovingly referred to by our mother and father as “our people” and you certainly proved that during our greatest time of need. Someone wrote “it was as if the whole church was family” and that is exactly the way our mother felt, and we feel. We cannot begin to say enough about the wonderful job that the ministers and musician, Scott Hannah, Neil Awbrey, Brett Mathews, Lynn Janney and Bryan Owensby did at mother’s funeral. She would have been very humbled by your remarks. Thank you to the Franklin City Police who so graciously spent many hours directing traffic, and the last pass by the old health department and the funeral home. To our staff, Joel Phillips, Jimmy Adams, Tonnie Adams, Jeff Cook, Patricia Gentry, Martha Prince, Robbie Nelms, Joanne Bray, David Barnes, David Lanier, Derrel Scott and all of their families for their great devotion to mother, and their hard work while honoring mother one last time, and always, as we serve the people of this county. Finally we would like to thank Our Mighty God for blessing us with such a wonderful mother. It was an honor to share her with all of you. God Bless you each one! You were mother’s chosen people!
