|Loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. We will cherish her memory forever. We love you.|
This Memorial Website was created in the memory of our much loved wife, mother and grandmother, Patricia "Patty" McKeown. We will remember her forever.
A memorial service is planned for November 16, 2013 at St. Francis of Assisi Church located at 2250 E Stadium Blvd Ann Arbor, 48108 at 11am, with a reception following.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph A. McKeown, her children Joe McKeown, Cathy Miller and Mike McKeown and their children, Meredith and James McKeown, Megan and Emily Miller and Ryan and Erin McKeown.
The family asks that in-lieu of flowers, donations be made in her name to the charity of your choice, or to Michigan State University, the Kappa Delta Sorority or St. Francis of Assisi School of Ann Arbor.
"We miss you every day Mom. On this the second anniversary of your passing, know that we carry you with us in our heart. We love you. Rest well."
"Happy 81st Birthday mom. Thinking about you all day today. Miss you every day.
"Today would be my mom's 80th Birthday. We love you mom and miss you every day."
"We little knew that morning God was going to call your name In life we loved you dearly In death we do the same It broke our hearts to lose you part of us went with you the day God called you homeYou left us beautiful memories and though we cannot see you,you are always at our sideOur family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again"
"We love you mom. We know you are safe within the arms of Jesus, but we miss you so much already."
"I am standing by the seashore. A ship at my side spreads her white sails to the morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength, and I stand and watch until at last she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the sun and sky come down to mingle with each other.
Then someone at my side says, 'There she goes! Gone where?
Gone from my sight - that is all."
