Established Academic division management structures.

Established Academic board committees as required by the statutes

Initiated and participated in the drafting of 20 University Policy documents which were approved by the College Council for implementation.

Coordinated and participated in the drafting of Kabianga University College Statutes and University of Kabianga statutes which were approved by the College Council and University Council respectively.

Participated in the drafting University College strategic plan which was approved by the College Council.

Expanded the access to university education by establishing Kericho Town campus, Kapkatet Campus and Sigor Campus.

Expanded University academic programmes from 7 undergraduate programmes in 2009 to 41. Postgraduate programmes from 0 to 14.

Established research ,extension and outreach programmes

Coordinated the development of quality management systems procedures for academic division which contributed to the ISO Certification of the University.

Initiated discussion with Kipsigis Teachers SACCO on possibility of Kabianga University College leasing their premises, the lease agreement was signed and facility eventually bought by the university.

Streamlined examinations and admission procedures, which has improved examination processing and increased the number of students’ admission.

Organized seminars, workshops, trainings short courses for deans, HOD’s and teaching staff on management of schools and departments, examination processes and quality assurance. This has resulted in improvement of service delivery to students and increased the morale of the teaching staff.

Participated actively in the preparation for the award of charter to University of Kabianga by the former President H.E. Hon Mwai Kibaki on 1st March 2013,making it a fully fledge public University in Kenya
