"May your soul rest in perfect peace mum, Iya omo, you were always there, no excuses, no complain, There was nothing too hard for you to give, When i needed to get something done, all i had to do was mention it in passing and its done. You believed in all your children, you loved us in our diversities. I will never forget how you fought for me when a senior tried to bully me, you packed my bags every term for boarding school, if i were to make a list, it will take a lifetime, you were always more involved in a matter than the one primarily concerned. Everything you touched became gold, Liberal, kindhearted, loving, forgiving... you have fought a good fight mum, and you have finished your course. Every step with you was worth the while. Sleep on till we meet to part no more. I will always love you."
