To describe my Dad in one word it would be STRENGTH. Dad is the epitome of the American Dream. He came from nothing and set an example that if you work hard you can be anything you want to be. Dad maybe didn’t prepare the path for me but he did prepare me for my path, by teaching me to be self-reliant and be able to think on my feet. Thank you for your military service to our Country and to me. We might not have had a typical relationship while I was growing up, playing ball around the yard or going on a lot of vacations. I know we don’t tell each other often, but I love you beyond words.

Dad we are so proud of you and your service to our country. You’ve been a great inspiration to my family and have definitely made your mark as our Patriarch. I could not have asked for a better role model for my kids and myself. One of the qualities I admire most about you, is how you treat everyone with respect; whether you are talking to your neighbor or a homeless person, you treat everybody with equal value. I hope you realize the impact you have had on our family. Thank You!

My dad proudly served his country as a military police in the Army. He has carried that pride and love of his country with him since! Between having been raised on the farm and being in the army, my dad has passed on the value of hard work. Nothing worthwhile in life comes without hard work! Honesty can defined how my father lives his life and he expects the same in return. The only place you had better be on Sunday morning was in church to thank God for the blessings you had been given, as the only stronger love than country and family my dad has, is for God above! With that being said, I am brought to one of the finest blessings I have been given, a father I am thankful and proud to call mine!!
