His Life
January 6, 2016

Ross M. Horton, our little brother, was famous for his hugs and cooking skills, his humor and his appetite for good food and for life. He wanted to follow in the footsteps of his brothers and so he joined the military, specifically the air force, and became very close to his sister kayla who also joined the air force. His brother Reuben and he always called themselves the "Irish Twins" because they were so close in age. He so loved and was so loved by all his siblings, his sisters Kayla and Whitney, brothers Ben and Reuben and his parents Bill and Kory, and his sister in law Candice, friends Adam, Charla, Deysha and Paul.
Ross loved to play chess, loved 4 wheeling and was so excited when, during a deployment, he met the guys of the TV show Burn Notice. He loved playing God of War over at our house. When he was in high school he acted in a local play of Into the Woods, and being as tall as he was he played "The Huntsman."
Ross was so loved by everyone who ever met him. He was funny, smart, so smart-whipped calculus like it was nothing. He was warm, caring and had the best hugs and the best smile. He will forever be missed. He will be joined at the graveside by our recently passed mother Kory.
