Sharon C. Arrant passed away Feb 14, 2014 in Centralia, WA. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Loyel Arrant, her three children: Mark Arrant of Kent, WA, Tony Arrant of Ridgefield, WA, & Janice Gould of Lakewood, WA.  Sharon also had eight grandchildren, Austin, Emily, Jackie, Tiffany, John, Chris, Alexis & Anthony.

She was born October 5, 1938 in Baudette, MN to George & Florence Goodman and graduated from Douglas High School in Winston, OR in 1957.  Loyel and Sharon were married in 1968 in Roseburg, OR.  She retired from the Social Security Administration in Coos Bay after 28 years of service. She lived in Coquille for 42 years before moving to Centralia in 2010 to be closer to her children.

Sharon was a 25 year breast cancer survivor, an avid reader and quilter. She enjoyed her family, the Coquille Valley Arts Center, Beta Sigma Phi sorority and her church friends. She hated camping.
