|Let the memory of Shirley be with us forever|
This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Shirley Watson, 77, born on September 3, 1934 and passed away on October 1, 2011. We will remember her forever.
So many of us have are blessed to have known, loved and cared for Shirley Watson. She was a "social butterfly" who loved to entertain and spend time with those she cared about. Shirley left behind a large family with a husband, 5 kids and their spouses, 16 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren, and of course Toby, her spoiled shih tzu puppy that she adored so much. She will be greatly missed. All of us have felt so privileged to know, and love such an amazing person. We will love her forever!
"I think about Aunt Shirley and Uncle Bob a lot. All the good times with them and my cousins."
"Another year goes by and I miss you and Grandpa. I can't believe it's been 4 years. I know you and Grandpa are up there smiling and laughing together... as you should be... and watching out for all of us. We all love and miss you!"
"I think She and Uncle Bob are together looking down on all of us and praying for us."
"She will always be with me."
"Every so often something happens to remind me of her. Many funny events and stories to recall. I will always rememer her."
"Thanks for the reminder about Shirely being gone for a year now. How wonderful of you to keep this going. She is gone, but not forgotten. So many years of good memories"
"Rock Shadows is not the same this season with Shirley and Bob not here anymore. We miss seeing them at the dog run and in all the activites they belonged to. The potlucks on the patios were so much fun and they were great hosts. Our prayers are with the family and want you to know they were great friends."
"I knew Shirley in Rock Shadows in Arizona and we became good friends. We had a lot of laughs together and did some comiserating about our husbands. I will miss her."
"i just loved aunt shirley so much. I have so many fond memories of her when I was a child. She loved everyone too. I wish that I could have spent more time with her in recent years. She will be missed. Love, Louise"
"The world has lost a great one. There was never a dull moment when we were around Aunt Shirley. She had so many stories to tell about what she and her family had done. I will always remember the trips to Broadwater when they were at the Trout farm. She is missed by all of us."
"We have known Shirley (Judy & I)for a long time now & as with all the special people in our lives it just doesn't seem right for their lives to end before they have the opportunity to do all they wanted. God Bless & Rest In Peace."
"Shirley you will be missed. We had good times."
