About Ugochi

Birth and Parentage:
Late   Engr. Ugochi Phillip Edet (Nee Ugochi Adanna Nehemiah Njoku) was born on the 29th April 1972 into the family of Late chief Nehemiah Chukwuma Shedrack Njoku in Anara Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of imo state. she was the 1st daughter of the family and the 3rd child of the 8 children of her parets. Her mother, Lolo Virginia Njoku hailes from the royal family of Nwaobasi in Umuada Avutu Obowo of Imo State.
Education:
Ugo attened nursery school at Young Women Christian Academy (YMCA) in Owerri. Her Primary school was completeg in 1983, at Ikenegbu Layout Primary school Owerri. She proceeeded to Dorothy College, Imerienmwe for her Secondary eduation which was completed in 1988.  In 1994 she completed her first degree with a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri. She obtained an MBA in Project Management Technology on 23rd March, 2004 from the Post Graduate School of Management Technology, Federal University Of Technology Owerri (FUTO).    She was indeed a very bright and brilliant young women.
Work:
Ugochi carried out her National Youth Service (NYSC) with Income Electrix Limited in 1995, where she displayed Versatility, Intelligence, High interpersonal relationship, competence and hard work. She rose to the position of General Manager and contributed immensely to the growth of the organisation. She was with the company as a Management staff until her demise on the 7th of April, 2011.      
She was a registered member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
Ugochi also attended numerous courses & enhancement workshops in her lifetime. Some of which include:
-The Leadership Journey: Creating and developing your leadership at Wharton school, University of Pennsylvania-2009 -2nd Nigeria Power Investment Forum held at Guangzhou, China- June 2008 -Senior Management Programme, Lagos Business School (LBS)- 27th Nov. 2004
And so many others.  
Christian Life:         Ugo had an amazing christian life. She was so dedicated to God and doing his work. She was born into a Christian family. She was baptised at an early age into the Baptist church at anara and moved into the Methodist church after her marriage in 1998. She demostrated her strong will for the work of God. she taught sunday school at Methodist Church throughout the period she spent in the church. in recognition of her service to the Church, Humanity and God; she was awarded the " Diocesan Medal of commendation" on Sunday 27th March, 2005.
Ugochi joined the Living Faith Church a.k.a Winners chapel, Port Harcourt in December 2006 based on her peronal conviction. She completed both the Basic certificate Course (BCC) and the Leadership Certificate Course (LCC). She served in various capacity in different postions and commitee until her passing onto glory.
Marriage:
Late Engr. (Mrs) Ugochi Philip Edet was happily married to her husband, Mr. Phillip Edet on the 11th July, 1998. Their Marriage was blessed with their child; Mayen Edet.
Ugochi had a wonderful and supportive Husband & Daughter; who stood by her giving her support throughout her successful carreer and achievements in life.
Her family misses her so much but give Thanks to God Almighty for her life on earth.
