His Life
April 14, 2014

Walter received Christ and joined Powell Baptist Church at and early age.  He was a devoted servant and choir member until his health began to fail.

Walter was a kind, warm loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend.  He loved family gatherings and celebrations.  Walter never met a stranger.  He always had a smile on his face, a warm handshake and a pleasant conversation.  He loved fishing and spending time at his pond.  His job as a truck driver at Branch Motor Express, from which he retired, was a major highlight in his life.  He constantly shared stores of his travels and adventures from across the road.

Walter was educated in Talbot County Public Schools.  He was a proud lifetime member of Masonic Lodge Paschal #303.
