Billy was born in Prospect Park, PA on April 28, 1978.  He met Lynne at high school in 1993 when he was a freshman, however, it wasn't until he was a sophomore that they began dating.  Billy knew that Lynne was the one for him and the year after she graduated, they moved to Florida, where Breezi joined the family in September.  Brandon came the following year, completing their family!   Billy was a Security Officer for a Country Club when he was hit by a car while working, causing him back trouble that lasted until he passed away. In August 2002 he underwent surgery for Arnold-Chiari Malformation a condition where the brain and spinal cord meet causing part of the cerebellum to protrude through the bottom of the skull.  The surgery was a success, but this left Billy a different version of his former self.  Before surgery Billy was a doting husband and father who loved doing home improvement projects around his house and spending time with his wife and kids.  After his surgery pain was his constant companion, and he often slept to try and escape his back pain and headaches.  Through it all his family supported him and loved him.  Lynne worked nights so she could be home to help out with the daily chores that her ailing husband could no longer accomplish due to his failing health.  There were family trips to visit relatives in PA and South Florida, and mini excursions around the family home in Silver Springs.  Brandon and Billy loved to tinker with their mowers and cars when Billy was up to it, or just grab a pole and go fishing for a few hours.  Breezi loved spending time with her dad going to yard sales and shopping, or just hanging at home watching movies.  Billy and Lynne loved to take the kids to the springs around their home either to swim or fish or both.  Despite things not always going the way they wanted, they had a loving family and loved spending time together.
