William Thomas "Bill" Powell was born on October 27th 1929 to Andrew and Mamie Powell. They had six children in all. Beatrice, Toby, Hershel, Bill, Richard and Sue. Bill grew up to be a great man, A legend. As Bill got to an adulthood he met the best woman named Louisa Jane Powell and they married on Dec, 7th of 1952. They we're married two years till they had their first and only child Pamela J. Powell On May 2, 1954. He worked at a Bridge Steel company making Bridges for a few years then he became a School bus driver in his area of Dade county for 18 years and even started The Neighborhood watch because he wanted his Neighbors to feel safe and he was extremly dedicated in his volunteer work. He finally retired from the bus but continued  doing security jobs cause he was just that kind of man. The Watchman work kind of went out for a few years without him but later in his years he seen the deeply need to start it back up and that he did, he continued to drive and dedicate his time in serving his communtiy till the very last days of his life. He was a very sick man at this time but he loved what he did and serve his community and his county. His daughter Pamela ( My mother) had 4 Kids. Kimberley, Stephanie, Ronald and Tracy. He finally went to be with his Lord on 0ctober 27th and rest cause his work on earth was done. Bill and Jane had Four Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren, Dj, Sabrina, Jessica, Jacob and Lil Ronald. He his so missed and loved so much. He was my hero and my bestfriend.
