Mr. Wiggins was born in Graham, Alabama on December 1, 1936, the son of the late Zora Nixon Wiggins and Elish Wiggins. For most of his life he was a self employed electrician and house painter. He was a Baptist by faith. Whenever possible he would find himself on the bank of the river or pond fishing. Dancing was also a favorite activity and even after he was confined to a wheel chair, family members would see his feet moving to a tune. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Buchanan of Franklin, GA.; one granddaughter Crystal Gregg (Blaine) Eleberta, AL.; one grandson, Rex Buchanan of Franklin, GA.; and five great-grandchildren.
