My Dearest Frank, you will truly be missed and always be remembered. You gave  more to life than any person I knew. For many who were in need, you gave without question. Your heart was full of love and kindness.You always felt you were like your grandfather, Judge Bell because you both gave from your hearts.

Everyone you met was family or friend. You loved life and life loved you. In your professional life as an Environmental Engineer you believed in good health for all. Your long title as "The Vitiman C Man" helped people lives in many ways and they continue to thank you.

My many thanks darling for all the new adventures you took me on and difficult challenges you taught me how to face. Your encouragement throughout life and especially law school was a true blessing.  So darling, my love for you is always and forever . Love Jennifer
