Mr. Derek Steven Smith, age 60 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at his home on Saturday, August 1, 2015.
Memorial services for Mr. Smith will be conducted on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. from the Stutts Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Scott Hannah officiating.
Burial services will be held at a later time at Heard County Memorial Gardens.
