Sending love to all who knew Jason and especially to his Dad whom I know has a heart that aches every day !! Rest in peace Jason and know you were loved and hold a place in Dad's heart that can never be matched!

Miss you, bud

August 15, 2020
I hope you are doing well, Jason. It still feels like you only just left yesterday. I know your family still thinks about you and misses you every day. I really wish we would have stayed closer over the years but I guess that's how it goes when people live over seas and move all over the world. But I heard how everyone else talked about you. It sounds like you became the kind of man that everyone aims to be and only a few actually become. I know you were admired by many and a friend to all. I never had a chance to tell you but I am really proud of the man you became and really happy to have been one of your oldest friends. We all miss you.

Thanksgiving

December 12, 2015

Thanksgiving 2015 was an unconventional yet beautiful day. Vanessa and I cooked a turkey dinner and brought it to Maine to eat at the rocks where we spread Jason's ashes. It was calm, peaceful, and surreal. Both of us could feel Jason's strong presence as we were sitting there reminiscing about our past Thanksgivings with him and eating his favorite food. We even threw a bit of turkey in the water for him...but those goddamn seagulls snatched it up pretty quick!

The College years (part 1 of many)

December 9, 2015

Jason`s antics at Bentley College were simply the stuff of legend.  It is hard to even begin typing because he led us on so many half cocked adventures I`m not sure which ones to write first or if the statute of limitations has expired on our actions.
Peck was the most "inclusive" person I ever had the pleasure of knowing, no matter who you were or what your role was at the college Jason made you feel valued and important, he was not just nice to everyone he went out of his way to make sure you felt welcomed and showed interest in what ever you were excited about.  Passion is something Jason had and he had it in spades, to this day his spirit is unmatched and when I think of him ( as we do everyday ) I feel a kick in the ass to put on my biggest J Peck smile and go do some good because he wouldnt want any of us frowning for him, but there are times when Its too much to take and thats when more than ever we need to remember the type of life he lived and to honor ir by living ours to the fullest just as he did.  I challenge everyone reading this to do one thing today that will put a grin on the big guys face as he`s watching down on us- as long as we continue to do this then he`ll always be with us.
  "the Field Goal"
- Peck cemented his legacy in a manner befitting his typical weekend routine...    Barefoot, wearing shorts and several bush lights in the bag.  It was halftime at a Bentley Football game and the student activity committee decided that a field goal contest with a game console prize would be just what the spectators needed to get involved. after three brutal attempts by other members of the student body they called Peck to the field ! naturally we all starting going bananas and the place starts rocking because everybody loved Peck and those of us who knew him realized that depsite the liquor he`d been consuming for the past 4 hours he was atheletic enough possibly make it ! And then as Peck always did... he took it to the next level, he takes the shoe off his kicking foot ! ! that hot shit, he knew all along he could nail the field goal but he was gonna do it with style. When that ball sailed through the uprights it had about 20 more yeards to burn, THE PLACE WENT NUTS ! and theres Peck running around the middle of the field (one shoe) with this giant grin and his arms extended, It was the loudest the stadium was all night...

Ambassdor's Cup 2007

September 26, 2015

Jason was a sports superstar, but not in golf!  This is probably the closest he came to the fairway all day!
