" Sheila, Thankyou for 35 yrs. of friendship & alot of fun & so many laughs.I will treasure those memories for as long as I live. I would consider my life a success if I can have half of your courage & kindness & be Loved so deeply by a fraction of all of those that Love you. I will Love you always "Ole Friend". Rest in Peace till we meet again."

To my niece Sheila, a beautiful person inside and out. I know you are at peace and walking with the angels probably giving someone a hand by now. You will be missed so much! I'll never forget our special moments together. Love, Aunt Angie

When I met Penny, she kept telling me wonderful stories about her sister Sheila. So I knew we would get along the moment I met her. She was the most amazing person, funny and outgoing. Always had a positive outlook on everything! No matter what happened to her, she kept smiling. I really wish we had more time together, but I will have a lifetime of memories! I will miss you! R.I.P Sheila

Sheila and I shared many happy moments over the years. One funny story that comes to mind: it seems that every time she needed help, moving something
HEAVY, she called me. Once, it was a big tool chest that she purchased for Leo's birthday. Once, it was a convertible couch that we decided to move from the ground floor of the house on Asharoken up to the top floor. We got it stuck in the stairwell, and it was all Leo and Marcel could do to free it.

As she makes her way up to heaven, this by far would be the heaviest burden.

I wil miss her, and will think of her often, with a smile.        Sha

Poem by Amber Bracey

to my loving aunt sheila who died of breast cancer today R.I.P. june 24, 2012.

you lay there in your hospital bed,
you tried so hard to hold on.

god was calling you home,
he needed another angel to help pour out the rain.

tears of fallen hearts where shattered,
but it was time for you to fly home.
... ...
your loved ones came to say the last goodbyes, to tell you they love you and that you will be forever missed.

as your heartbeat stopped, and your eyes slowly closed, god took another angel home.

(Had to share this post by my beautiful cousin amber. That was a beautiful poem you wrote Miss Amber ♥)
