When I met Penny, she kept telling me wonderful stories about her sister Sheila. So I knew we would get along the moment I met her. She was the most amazing person,funny and outgoing. Always had a positive outlook on everything! No matter what happened to her, she kept smiling. I really wish we had more time together, but I will have a lifetime of memories! I will miss you!
