You must be having the best jubilee in heaven. I guess every day is Jubilee in heaven. I wonder what we would have done today if the Lord had given us more time with you. I guess your day would have started with a special thanksgiving service and then you would have had a birthday party with so many family and friends. I would have given you a lovely plant, M&S vouchers, books and a wellness treat. We would have danced and laughed and had so much fun celebrating you. I still miss you very much but to know that you are healed, happy and fulfilled is my consolation. Rest well my darling Sis until we meet to part no more. Love you tons!

Today we remember Adefemi on what would have been her golden jubilee. Heaven indeed gained an angel and but her memories continues to live in our hearts. Continue to rest in the Lord.

Today she would have been celebrating her golden Jubilee but I guess she was so special to you that you let her have the jubilee rest ahead of time. We miss her sorely and remember her dearly. We know she is resting in peace and will continue to do so until we meet to part no more.

Thinking of Adefemi today on what should have been her 50th birthday. All roads would have led to Redhill and we would no doubt have started the day with some awesome praise and worship. We’d have had some awesome music, great food and wonderful company. It would have been a blast.

My dearest Adefemi, there is no week that goes by that I don’t think about you several times. I remember just how good a friend you were to me and how deeply you saw things. I remember your strength of character and your unwavering faith and how you went to such lengths to matchmake all your single friend’s. I remember your calls to me and your prayers for me. I remember our holidays to Ashburnham and Israel. I have been carrying around the programme from the “Celebration of Life” we did for you in my bag for the last two weeks and I am comforted by the last sentence of your poem, “Don’t Weep or Mourn For Me When I Am No More”............“This is not goodbye, it is only Adieu till we meet again!”

Dear Femi, I remembered one Sunday in June, when we were 15 years old, the sun was out, and as usual it was so boring at Kent College, we took our towels and hid behind the classroom block, laid down sun bathing in our bras. Enjoying the warmth, the smell of grass and joking about the young gardener! I miss you!
