Still in shock and speechless on your sudden departure "Igi to ba to kii pe ni Igbo".
Tribute to my friend and neighbour. I will always remember you for your forthright, integrity, dogeddness and humility.
Ever ready to provide workable solution and see it through, simply selfless. I will remember your ever smiling face but never accept nonsense.
Last moment shared with you was 3 weeks ago, which affirmed your gentlity and respectful engagement. Apologizing for an act you presumed was wrong, but sincerely you committed none. Now, I can see that as premonition and actually ready to depart our sinful word with a pure heart.
May Almighty God comfort and console your aged mom, your wife, children, family and friends.
Good night Ajibola.

Ak like I fondly call you, your death came like a shock. Is just as if I should see someone that will just tell me , it's a dream but I have realized that you are gone forever. We grew together, share our feelings and challenges together, you will come with your family during ileya and make sure you use the ram head to snap picture. I don't know the last day I will see you is on Bro Ayo wedding.
You call me on my birthday in December and we joke not knowing that was the last day I will hear your voice.
My heart is bleeding for your demise, looking at your wife and the children you left behind.
Words cannot express how saddened I am.
Who are we to question God, He knows best.
May God give us the fortitude to bear this loss and the vacuum to fill the space you left.
May your soul rest in the blossom of the Lord.
I will forever miss you Akin.

AK like I fondly call you; you were an incredible big brother who always want to hold intelligent conversation and provided words of advice whenever we had time to discuss. You were full of life and obviously one of the best and most lovely cousins of mine. You always brought happiness and joy to the whole family whenever we had Ileya celebration from when I was a child up till when we all became adults, you never for once changed (you snapped pictures with the ram head every year). You always put your self forward to render help whenever you can. I remembered when I called you because of an issue I had with a bank transaction and you went extra length to assist me in finding a solution. I will miss you forever!!!

What can I say my dearest?
I am still in shock and still believe I am dreaming. I am still hoping to be woken up from this dream.
Oh Akin!
Like a shooting star flying across the room so fast and so far, you were gone too soon.
Did not even say goodbye.
If my tears could bring you back, you would be right back here with us.
We had so many beautiful plans together for you and your family this year.
I can't believe this is happening.
I guess I never thought this day would come in my lifetime being your older sister.
Our loss is Heaven's gain.
Life is not going to be the same without you for sure.
The world has lost an icon, a bundle of talent!
You were a pillar in the family, an encourager for us your older ones and a model example for your younger ones.
If we needed to get a job done, Akin is the man; an incredible go-getter anytime any day. A big supporter for our mom since dad passed.
You always had a positive energy around you, a comedian who knew how to make people laugh all the time.
AK-1 we fondly call you.
You always exude a positive energy around you.
A hard worker par excellence.
You came you saw and you conquered.
Good night!
Rest in peace in Heaven my beloved brother.
Your legacy will live on forever in our hearts.

ONE LOSS TOO MANY

In fond memory of my boss, Sir AK., whose intellect shone like a guiding star. You were more than a team member, you were a beacon of wisdom and innovation. Your ability to grasp complex concepts effortlessly and find ingenious solutions was awe-inspiring. I enjoyed discussing national issues with you because I know you will always digest it from an unconventional perspective.

You have not really died; you have merely crossed over to the other side of the cosmos. We are all consoled, however, by the veracity of the following quotation:

"Those we love remain with us, for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade. Even though a loved one is gone, those we love can never be more than a thought apart, for as long as there is memory, they will live on in our hearts".

May your soul continue to find solace in the bosom of your maker till we meet to part no more.

Akin! I shouldn`t be the one to write a memorial tribute after your departure, but necessity has laid it on me to do so. Brother, your cheerful outlook and candor always endeared me to you, because you represented the modern face of Ajibola.
The news of your death few days after you called me and promised to visit totally shattered me. I didn't know you were calling to say goodbye.
Rest on dear cousin. We will all miss you!
