Alice, you enjoyed life and being independent. I am sure that is why you lived so long. I am very happy that you raised a beautiful daughter for me to fall in love with. Gail and I will miss you. Rest in peace always.

I didn't have the good fortune to meet Alice in person, but I feel that I got to know her through her daughter....my friend, Gail. Even though we never met, I came to respect and look up to Alice for her courage, strength, independence and non nonsense approach to life. I know that she will be missed, but she will never be forgotten. Rest in peace.
