The NKWANYUO family announced the death of Patriarch, TA BATUO B. NKWANYUO. Ta Batuo passed away in the early hours of Saturday, January 24th 2015, in Washington, D.C.

TA BATUO was DAD to Makia David Ebako, Mbai Victor Nkwanyuo, Samuel Nkwanyuo (deceased), Defang Nkwanyuo (deceased), Maria Assam, Martha Ayuk, Agie Tansinda, Ndip Joseph Nkwanyuo, Along Gabriel Nkwanyuo, Mbone Elizabeth Nkwanyuo, Bokeng Rose Nkwanyuo, Diombe Emily Nkwanyuo.

He leaves behind several grand children and great grand children.

The family and well wishers will gather to celebrate his life on:

Pa Batuo B Nkwanyuo was a very kind father since I knew him in Limbe in 1987 to 1989 and even after. Whenever I visited him, I was sure of some food and a drink. His beautiful wife (of blessed memory) always came and chatted with me for a while.
It was as if they knew I had a Sister (Pamela) whom one of his sons (Nkwanyuo Enow-Ngoh) will eventually marry. My late father, Pa Ayuketah Enowbawa, always talked well of Pa Batuo B Nkwanyuo. Now, Pa Batuo B Nkwanyuo has been called to the world beyond. We thank God for his life and pray that his soul will rest in perfect peace.
He has fought the Good Fight and at 96 he has ran the Race to the Finish. We join the Nkwanyuo Family to celebrate Pa Nkwanyuo's life here on earth. To God be the Glory. Ayuketah Oswarld, (for the family).

Papa!Papa! listen your grand daughter does not believe in death because it's God's enemy.I know wherever you are you are better off than here.You lived ur life here on earth like a champion. My wish was for u to walk me down the aisle but I guess God had a better option. God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be,
So He put His arms around you
and whispered, “Come to me.”
With tearful eyes we watched you suffer
and saw you fade away,
Although we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,

Bessem and family, I know what it is to loose a love one. Though we know it is a path that all of us will take it is still painful. I pray God to give you and the entire family the peace that supersedes all understanding as you go through this difficult moment. Reflect more on Pa's accomplishments. You can attest to the fact that Pa lived a fulfilled life. We should be thankful to God for what Pa did while with us. I also pray God will touch the minds of friends and loved ones to put our hands together to give Pa a befitting and memorable burial. May Pa's soul rest in perfect peace.

You are blessed Papa,very blessed indeed..You have run your race (successfully),you have finished your course with joy(Acts 20:24) Thank you very much Papa.You lived an exemplary life here on earth.That Lifestyle imparted many people.l am one of them.Therefore ,l quickly turn to Lamentations 3:26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.But for now,when anyone come looking for you ,l would hand them (Proverbs 7:19) For the good man is not at Home,He is gone a Long Journey.Fare thee well,you deserve a perfect rest .Have a good one Papa.
