One day Papaw was talking to me and seemed somewhat serious. This is what he said  "Sherry, I will always be the man of the house, I will not let a woman tell me what to do, So when your Mamaw told me something to do,  I told her --NO-- I was not coming out from under the bed." I should have known better to think he was serious. This is only one of the many, many memories of how funny Papaw could be.
