Benjamin J. DiDomenico, 63, passed into eternal life on Sunday, March 1, 2020.
He was born in Philadelphia and lived his life in New Jersey. Ben could repair anything thrown his way. He taught his children and grandchildren everything they know. A true friend that you could count on. He always had a job as a young man, be it mowing lawns, paper route, or helping at the pizzeria in Woodbury Heights. He built a rail ‘Bits N Pieces Racing Team’ that was raced at Atco Speedway. Benny attended Gateway Regional High School. His one true love was being on the water in his boat fishing. He retired from the Washington Township Board of Education Grounds Department after 30 years of service.
He is survived by a son Benn (BJ), a daughter Kate, grandsons Bubby and Savion, two granddaughters Alyssa and Ava, one great granddaughter Joy Faith, a sister Bernadette Varelli (Chris), nieces Lisa Lambert (Mike), Tina Woody (Geno), great nieces, Jamie, Tiffany and Sam. He leaves behind many family members and friends and his beloved dogs Toto and Pepe. He is predeceased by his father Benjamin, mother Josephine, brother Louis, wife Ava.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 10-11:30 am with a Memorial Service to follow at FERTIG FUNERAL HOME, 63 N. Main St., Mullica Hill, NJ, 08062
