The daughter of the late Bobby, Sr. and Ceola Dixon Bass, Mrs. Bolden was born in Stewart County, GA on March 15, 1940. She was a graduate of the Randolph County High School and was employed for many years with Swift Textiles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Bolden.

Surviving are: his children, Shane Bolden and Sharon L. Coon (William); four grandchildren, Shederica Lewis (T. J.), Dimeshia Bolden, Natashia Bolden and Jason Bolden; four great grandchildren, Malshialon Edge, Javauri Knowles, Amyir Bolden and Andrew Robinson; four half brothers and five half sisters; a host of other relatives and friends.
