I was genuinely shocked and saddened on hearing of Bob's passing away. Bob Sterling remained one of my closest friends from my time at St. George footy club and was truely one of natures gentlemen both on and off the field

It is hard to understand how such a genuine and clean living person could be taken from us at such a young age. 


Our thoughts are with all Bob's family with a special thought to sister Marion.

Take a well earned rest Bob, will remember you always.
