Mrs. Brenda Kay Phillips Parker, age 50 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 2, 2015.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Parker were conducted at the Stutts Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 4, 2015, 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Bobby Driver officiating. Music was provided by numerous friends and family members. Serving as pallbearers were Milton Scarborough, Roger Scarborough, Bryan Church, Ryan Haney, and Kenneth Watson. The interment followed in the Scarborough Family Cemetery.
