What can I say about my Grandpa Willy that hasn't been said? He was just the most amazing man with the most generous spirit and infectious joy. He was always so positive and encouraging. He is an outstanding example of what a man should be. I am so thankful he came into Grandma's life. I miss him every day and probably will for the rest of my time on earth.

One of my Dad's favorite verses:James1:2-3 Consider it pure JOY, my brothers.whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.I will miss my very loving, encouraging and courageous Dad. His hope was that his family, friends and all he met, would know the JESUS he now is at home with!

Mr. Clark was a huge presence in my life. He showed myself as well as my brothers and sister that a male role model didnt have to be tough and remote. I always envied Kim for that, but Mr. Clark had time for all of us !! Im going to miss him.

Carl, I believe you have had a wonderful life with all the ones that have loved you. With the visits we had when I was able to scoot out and see you and Virgina will always be with me as pleasant times. It is unfortunate that two events in our life, coming and going, we have no control over. At my age I know my time is near so will be looking forward to sharing a good time with you again.

Willy gave me a father and stable family life. I never knew family until he married my mother. He guided me through my teens and always gave encouragment. Along with my mother, he lead me to believe and put my faith in Jesus. He was the best dad ever. I will never stop missing him. Some day I will see Willy again!

My Grandfather was a great man. I only got to spend bits of my life with him, but I will never forget how he taught me how to dance when I was young. He would have me stand on his feet and move me this way and that. I miss him dearly since I only recently got to see him again after 11 years. I am glad he got to meet my husband and my son. I love you grandpa.

So far, everyone is calling him Carl, but I called him Bill. I got to share some time with Bill at various points throughout my life because I became best friends with Karen in 1970. Bill always treated me like just another one of his daughters. He was a wise, kind, friendly, and peaceful man who will live forever in my memories. RIP, Bill!
