For anyone that is still close to Visalia or is able to make it here, we will be having a celebration of life for my mother on Monday 9th of June 2014. It will be held in Mooney Grove Park at 2 in the afternoon. We would all love yo see as many of you there as possible and please let others know so we can all come together in this celebration. I will be making an event on Facebook so please add me as a friend so we can get a head count. My mother loved pro-life so that is what we are doing so please make your favorite/best dish and we will all share in our love for our dear Ceci, my mother.

Ceci was one year ahead of me in high school. We had no classes together, but we had friends in common. I remember that she was bright and kind. I was drawn to her gentle nature, and felt grateful that she included me in her group of peers. We have lost one of the good people, and I am sorry for it. ~~Karen (Jones) Kempe
