Your mom was a very special person. Loved her smile and happy attitude. Aunt Nona was my grandmother's sister. We loved all of your family. You were so special to our Granny. What a blessed time they are all having in Heaven together as they rejoice and sing praises to our Lord Jesus.

"Our beloved friend, Charlotte - through many years . . .
We shared our joys & sadness - and together shed our tears. . .
May the Lord bless and keep you - comfort your loved ones near and far away . . .
When you come upon our loved ones - in Heaven's peaceful place . . .
The circle of faith and love will be complete. . .
You dwell in our hearts - till we meet again . . ."

So many wonderful memories of times shared together - over so many years.  Our love and sympathy to you all . . .

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. Margie Sue called to let us know. We would like to be with you at this time but due to situations at home will not be able to come.  Our thoughts and prayers will be with you. Our grandmother, Pallie Mae Lewis, was your grandmother's sister. Your mom was a very special person. We enjoyed getting to meet all of you several years ago at your Grandmother's funeral. We will always remember your mom's beautiful smile and happy personality. We know you will miss her. May God provide the comfort and peace in the days to come as you meet each new day without her. Your family have always been so special to all of us. God bless all of you!

Great Memories of Charlotte Joh

May 23, 2017

I don't know what made me suddenly think of Charlotte Joh but I was reminiscing with some friends about the early Tampa TV days and I remembered how I loved to watch Charlotte Joh in the afternoons (I was about 8 yrs old).  I would be at my grandmothers's house after school every day and she did not have a TV so I would go the neighbors house and they would be watching the show.  She would sit on a high stool and sing and there was one particular song that always stood out, It was "Little Things Mean A Lot".   Even at that young age, I thought she was so beautiful. I cannot remember the man who was on the show with her.  I hope that her family will see this and know she is remembered as someone special.
