I am so sorry for your loss. I just heard about his passing. Corey (Buddha) and I went to King together. He was such a nice guy. It's nice to read some of the tributes and see that he hadn't changed since high school--still a nice guy. I think our Dads may have even worked together at Ladish. I hope the family can find some comfort in knowing that God's word promises that one day death, mourning, and pain will soon be a thing of the past (Rev. 21:4)

I am so sad to hear of the passing of Corey. I attended High School with him at Rufus King class of 1988. Most of our class is just finding out so there are many people praying for the family. We celebrated 25 years and we had hoped to see Corey in July 2013. He was part of many fun stories and fond memories. He will be missed by his RKHS family but forever in our hearts. Stacy Allen Stinson

Heaven called home a good Man! One of the Greatest men I know. One who took care of his family before anything. One that worked so hard everyday for this company, no matter what. Respectful, kind hearted and just plain real! He will be missed by so many. What a huge loss for our company. Gone way to soon. Our condolences to his family. We love you Corey. May you Rest In Paradise.

I can't even begin to express my deepest sympathy for Corey's family. I worked with Corey over 3 years. He was one of our best employees. He always made our customers extremely happy going above & beyond for them & this company. I can't believe he was taken so soon. 43 years young! I know God had a different plan for him then we did. knowing he is in his hands brings comfort to my heart♥

Although those only come around once in a while I would like to express the love for you Corey was unconditional. You always kept it 100, and I love you for that! R.I.P cuz! April will hold it down for you...God has her back, and the children yall created will be the adults you taught them to be.

Im really at a lost for words. Corey was a Great person. He took care of his family and many others. If you wasnt from 3-Mile u might not know him as well as we did. He kept us in sports and if u needed a ride you didnt have to ask him twice. He took me to my first rap concert.Ill never forget you Big Bro.my situation wont allow me to attend the services. My Spirit is wit You..

The last time I saw Corey was over a year ago after 25 years. Loved the commitment he had to his wife April. Although we had all been apart from each other, our 3-mile chemistry was still in tact. At our parting on that very night with his wife and others from 3-mile we had vowed to do a 3-mile reunion. I am grateful to have been a part of Corey's earthly experience. Blessings... Fatso

Your love of your wife & family is what we saw most...and what will carry them through this very hard time. You left such a heart print on everyone's lives and you will be dearly missed! May God be with them to keep them strong in faith & love until you meet again. RIP Corey  ~Amy & Michael Young

Corey always made everyone around him better. No one more honest, a good attitude even when things were not so good. I worked as Corey's boss for the last 11 years. I could write a book of good things about Corey, So easy going, hard worker, Great leader, honest and Loyal truly the best. The good die young. Corey was the best! The world was a much better place with him in it. I will miss him as an employee, team mate and friend. Sincere Sympathy to his family and all of us who respected, admired and loved him, rest in peace my brother.
