Today is your 83rd birthday . I love you dad & I miss you everyday! You’re enjoying eternity with Christ!! How awesome is that!! I will see you again when my time arrives. Mom’s doing well just getting older as we all are.....it doesn’t seem that long ago when you began your new life with Jesus, but it was 7 years ago. Time goes by too quickly. Today would have been your 82nd birthday. We all miss you every day, especially your wife (my mother) Mom is doing good. You would be proud of her! God has carried her through this difficult time. We will be planting a tree in your honor this spring. We will place your favorite flowers, pansies, around the trunk! We love & miss you dad, but we know where you are and we will see you when our time on earth is up. Jesus promises his children we will be with Him in paradise at the end of our lives which is where you are!!

I am so sorry to find this memorial. David was my dad's half brother. I only remember meeting him once when he came to visit my grandmother in Altoona. I remember how nice him and his wife were to us during that visit.

Dad, you are soo loved by so many people! You touched so many lives!! I know right now you are in Heaven having a joyess time. Your with Jesus and loved ones. How amazing is that!! You are where I want to be. I take comfort in knowing we will be toghether again. You have a wonderful and inspiring testamony! I love you so much and words can't express how thankful and proud I am to call you dad.

My dad was heaven sent! He was a wonderful man, husband, and father. He lived his life with honor, integrity, and compassion. His love of Jesus helped me come to the Lord. The best decision I've ever made. He was a gentle man but had a backbone of steel. The greastest blessing I have ever had was having him as a father! Tho I miss him soooo much I know he is in the best place he could be.....with Jesus! How awesome is that! I take comfort in knowing I will see him again. Dad, I love you so much!

My father was one in a million. He was a man of honesty, integrity, gentleness, kindness and of strong character. He walked tall and carried a big stick! He had a positive impact on everyone he came in contact with. What a blessing he was to our whole family. My sister and I could not have hand picked a better father! He was my Mom's knight in shinning armor! He is loved more than words can express, and will be missed forever. We were so very fortunate to have had him in our lives!
