Legends are never forgotten, Uncle David you are my uncle, my friend, my idol, and my hero. You will be missed very much. We went to the absolute extreme on everything we did and the memories you gave me are truely amazing. I will never forget you I love you UNC. I will miss you my friend...So many memories through the years...It was you and I and Chris or you and I and Johnny...We were always together...I remember you riding me on your handle bars all the way to the YMCA in O.S...You were a man at 13 and I was 90 pounds...All the nights spent at Valda's or Johnny's hunting frogs or swimming on the beach and fishing on the pier...Goodbye my friend!

David was a great friend and will be forever missed. He always had a smile on his face & brought laughter to everyone around & it was great to hear his laugh one more time. When my daughter was little she would always say it was Uncle David flying in the sky when she'd see an airplane. Now he is our angel watching over us & pray we see him again when it's our time. We love you always!!

I am so truly sorry for the loss of you son, David. May God hold you in his arms and give you peace. Thinking of you and sending prayers. Take Care and God Bless you and those you love…always.

Penny & Family: We would like to extend our condolences for your loss. David was a wonderful man! He was always willing to help my Mom when she needed anything. He will truly be missed BUT NOT FORGOTTEN!! We hope you find Peace that he is in a better place and now "watching over you" as you have done for him here. We feel blessed to have know him and we will continue to pray for u All!

My Great Uncle David and I weren't the closest, but I always enjoyed the moments I got to spend with him. He was always so much fun to be around and had no problem taking us fishing or letting us stay over at his house. The last time i saw him was this past week and I'm so glad I got to see him before he passed on. He's stronger now than he was ever and much happier. I love and miss him.

Our wonderful son and youngest child will be sorely missed. We were very close and had coffee together many mornings, shared all sorts of thoughts, events and stories. He was such a help to Jim and I, always happy and ready to help others too. His passing is sad and he will always be a part of the lives of our family and close friends, and is now at peace after all the pain he suffered.

I wanted to say to David's family how sorry I am for your loss. David was an amazing friend and we always had so much fun hanging out at my house and going to the river. He had such a big heart and did all he could for anyone that ever asked. Heaven is sure lucky to have David there and my prayers go out to you all. He will be missed by everyone who knew him and loved him.

David was a wonderful friend and uncle. We are blessed to have known him and spent our lives with him. He is greatly missed but will live forever in our hearts.
