Debbie Hildebrand Harper, passed away on February 19, 2022.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Steve, and her sons Geoff Owens (Erin), and Jason (Danielle Barok), and daughter Cheri (Amanda Tranchitta), grandsons Decklen Owens and William Harper.
Debbie loved being with her grandsons and her true friends. She also enjoyed camping in the Pocono mountains.
Memorial services will be announced by the family at a later date.
