Lieutenant Colonel Ellis Dwight Cordell, age 64 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 8, 2016.

Funeral services for Colonel Cordell will be conducted on Saturday, March 12, 2016, 2:00 p.m. from the Stutts Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Doddridge officiating.

The interment will follow in Heard County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive guests at the funeral home Friday evening, March 11, 2016 from 6-8 p.m.
