Glen Earl Wilfong, age 82 passed away November 23, 2021 at his home in Pinson, AL. with his loved ones at his side.  He was born on July 27, 1939, in Buckhannon, WV to the late Charles Everett and Beatrice Lewis Wifong.  

Glen is survived by his wife of 59 years, Vivian Crouser Wilfong, one son, Glen Earl Wilfong II, and wife Heather, one daughter Chezra Durae Wilfong all of Alabama and one sister, Bonnie and husband Rev Ed Hardman, Buckhannon, WV. and several nieces and nephews.
Three brothers and one sister, preceded him in death Charles Junior Wilfong, William Franklin Wilfong and one sister, Helen Virginia Dean all  of Buckhannon and Donald Wayne Wilfong, Paynesville, Ohio.
Glen served his country in the United States Navy for twenty four years and retired as Chief E7 Gunnersmate.  He spent his last 47 years in Pinson, AL. Most of his military years was spent on Aircraft Carriers.  The last few years of his military career was spent as a Recruitment Officer in Birmingham. AL.
Glen was an avid golfer and a member of the Shriners in Birmingham.  He will be missed by all his family, friends and his beloved dog, Bubba.
At his request he was cremated and requested no services be held. If you wish, you may send memorials to the American Disabled Veterans.
