She was born June 16, 1956, to Jessie Belle (Huff) and Earl Kehn in Fremont, Ohio. Gloria was a lifelong resident of Gibsonburg and enjoyed spending time there. 

Gloria is survived by her daughter, Vicki Mankin of Dayton, grandson, DeAndre Gates of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and granddaughter, Alaysia Liggins of Dayton. Sister, Georgia Jones (Arlie), two nieces Jennifer and Nicole Jones of Glendale, Arizona. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Gene. 

Gloria was a retiree from Brush Wellman after working 20+ years. 

A memorial will be set up at a later date for family and friends.
