I'm thinking of you today and I'm very sorry for the sad loss of your beloved father. Though I don't know you, please accept my heartfelt sympathy for you in your painful loss of your dear father. This past Sept, my very precious and beloved Mom died, and I know everyone's grief and pain is different, but I hope that what continues to bring me comfort, will bring you added comfort too. I think about the fact that my dear Mom isn't suffering, and that means a lot! And I look forward intently to the resurrection at which time I hope to be here to welcome my Mom back to life with a close and loving hug! These verses help me; Acts 24:15 promises 'that there is going to be a resurrection.' Eccl. 9:11b 'time and unexpected events (or, unforeseen occurrence) overtake them all.' thus why we have many losses of loved ones even when they're young. James 1:13 Our loving God doesn't cause sad things to happen to our loved ones. Isa. 65:17b when our loved ones are alive again through the resurrection; then we won't even remember the sadness and emotional pain we feel now. Rev. 21:4 no more pain or death. Isa. 33:24 no sickness of any kind. Job 33:25 though your beloved father was young, 'flesh will become fresher (or, healthier) than in youth, will return to the days of youthful vigor.' Psalms 37:10, 11, 29 conditions many loved ones will experience upon being welcomed back to life, 'meek find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. The righteous will possess the earth, and will live forever on it.' Rom. 15:4 comfort to be found in the Scriptures. Take care, and again, I'm very sorry for your sad and painful loss of your beloved father. Sincerely, Cindy Boyer
