Jason, Sheila and family, I'm am shocked and heartbroken by this news. My deepest sympathy and and prayers go out to you as you begin your healing journey. I'm glad I was fortunate enough to get a closer glimpse of the 'quiet' Jared when we went sailing on lake Michigan, Jared was a sweet, smart, gentle, soul. I can't begin to imagine your loss but will continue to send prayers and love your way.

I am so sorry for your loss. Jared was a good friend of mine when I lived in the keys. Whenever I needed a ride home, or just a friend to talk to, or even to fix something, he was there. Jared knew how to be polite, kind, and knew just the right thing to say. To his family: I am just as hurt as you are. I wish you all the best, and may he rest in peace, and best of all, he is in mo more pain.

I still remember Jared as a little boy, running in the office, playing on the trampoline in the park by St. Mary road. Life is so short. But we'll always remember him. My condolences to your family.

Hearing about Jared's passing was definitely a shock to me. I give my condolences to Sydney and the rest of the McPeak family. I remember first meeting Jared and he wouldn't even speak 2 words to me other than hi. But after a few months one word turned into an actual conversation, and that is when I got to know how hilarious and compassionate he truly was. Even having chemistry class together, I sat next to him and anytime I needed an answer to a problem he would always help. Again, I am so sorry for the loss of Jared again. Rest in Peace, Jared.
