Joel was in military service in the Army for 15 years, he was very successful in what he did in such a short time in his life. 
he was a great soldier and for his country, with in three years become sergeant Joel camilleri, loved what he did and loved by who New him .
spent one year in Kapooka, two years in Melbourne, a year in Brisbane and back to Melbourne, then went to East Timor in the Philippines then Iraq, and came home back to Melbourne.
Joel had a son William who is 16 now, and went on and had two more children, Teddy who is 4 in march and willow, who is two, Joel was a proud father. Then he got a transfer to Sydney New South Wales, and started having some complications. He had a cyst on his lung went in to St George, private hospital to have it removed but didn’t come home. He passed away on the 26th of the fifth 2022 at devastated the whole family. It’s been nearly 2 years since he’s been gone and being his mum I still haven’t come to terms with it and never will lets we forget.
