Griffo was a well loved member at the Indi Bar. He was known by everyone and no one was afraid to ever say hello to him. He was a cheerful man who was always smiling and always had something to talk about. Conversations would always be running and there would never be and awkward moment where there was nothing to talk about. When you were talking to Griffo he always had his strong opinions and many reasons as to why something was wrong or right. Griffo was a very special friend to the Indi Bar and other friends and family. He would go to the Indi Bar every Friday and at 4pm he would go out to the back corner. A great friend of his, Lindsi, made a sign saying 'Griffo's Grotto'. This meant that at 4pm on Fridays no one else except Griffo was allowed to sit in Griffo's chair at Griffo's Grotto if he was there.  He would socialise with everyone at the Indi Bar from the young ones to the older chaps. If you were at the Indi by yourself and seemed like you had no one to talk to you could always rely on Griffo to have a great conversation with.
