6 years to the day that we lost one of the most important people in our lives, a best friend, one half of the most loving and supportive parents, someone who introduced me to football and encouraged & supported me to follow my dreams. Six years ago tomorrow can’t believe it been six years Ken we had such a lot to still do together the day I lost you I lost my everything my best friend my soul mate someone who always had my back who no matter what was always by my side and I miss my cup of tea you made the best tea lol I could go on and on naming things I miss you for but most of all I loved and miss you for just being you I lost my life as I knew it my life stop/changed when you died because from the first day we meet we couldn’t ever see a tomorrow without each other so we were so very lucky to have had a life and the love we did together we made so many memory’s that now keep me going 
I look at your photos of you when our song comes on the radio and I sing it to you I know you be laughing at me but then I sit and cry and I know you are near I will forever miss you but I will keep living on for both of us until we meet again the lads and the girls and most of all our beautiful grandkids keep me going as well our lads and there family miss you so much our beautiful grandchild miss you but there’s no words to say how much we all miss you not just today but every minute of every day love you more keep the last dance for me xxxxxxxx

ken today our grandson Henri come to buy a balloon to let it go in memory of you tomorrow Henri looked at me and said it sad nan I said what said he said that granddad up there and we miss him so much then he said granddad should be here we miss him I looked at him and I told him that granddad loves all of us and that he never very far away and if he was here he would be giving you a very big hug I give Hanri a hug from you then I told him granddad loves you so much and he said I know he dose bless him xxx

Hello Ken don't think I am ever going to get over not having you to speak to over the last five years I gone through so many different and difficult feeling and times some I can understand and some I cant we was always so close so when you left me I lost not only my husband but my best friend when you walked into my life it was the best thing that happen to me I will never be able to talk and laugh or cry with anyone as I did with you. Hi Ken, well how the years have flown, you are very much missed by family and friends and I know it never gets better. I have always respected you so much for when you managed to come to Keith's funeral even though you was so poorly, that shows me the kind of man you was, and what a great hubby and dad, Grandad too, memories are wonderful but they don't really ease the pain for loved ones. Not everyone can say they had a wonderful life together and I'm sure this keeps your lovely Carol and family going, all be it is hard. Rest in Peace Ken, glad I knew you. Thinking of you all.

Five years 18 February a date I will never forget that day goes over in my head every day the day you had to go and my world fell apart my life changed in every way Ken my soul mate wonderful husband and best friend you truly are the strongest and happiest person I have ever meet Ken you were someone who I could laugh with the kind of laughs that would make our belly’s ache and would make everyone look at us as if we were mad which made us laugh even more you didn’t care if you looked a fool Ken it was you who showed me how to be a fool and not worry so much about what others thought of me ken you showed me what happiness was we had so many happy times there was only one thing that was important to us our family and that we were happy we both know that life was to short not to try and live love and be happy you always put our family and me first you would do anything for anyone I know you had my back you was always ready to listen but lol you could never keep a secret your lads and their families were your world we all are so lucky to have you in our lives you are the best husband and dad ever ken you always understood me you let me cry when I needed to and you was always there with a big hug to make me feel better we sometimes cried together and then we would end up laughing we had so many good times we always were so strong together we never had a lot of money but we always had a lot of love we had some really hard times but we always stood together you use to say to me I don’t know how you cope I can tell you ken because you were with me every step of the way that’s how I could cope with anything you always made me feel special that’s why now and forever I will always feel empty and lost how can I ever be the same person without my soul mate by my side we grew up together but I now know we made each other strong and for you and only you I carry on looking out for our family and making sure I live the best life I can without you by my side but may I say it really not easy and some days I just don’t know how I do it them days I just stop thinking lol who ever said time heals I will never agree if anything it gets worse because every new day is a day I open my eyes and you’re not there so  the pain of losing you back again I know you what me to carry on and do my best I can well I am trying I hope you are as proud of me as I am of you

Ken you will always be remembered by so many people because you were a funny amazing caring person always had time for anyone even when you were ill yourself.❤️
As a family we lost the most important person in our lives,
you were and always will be our family king pin,
an amazing dad, a best friend to all of them, they have so many funny stories and lots of amazing memories to last them lifetime ❤️
What a fantastic granddad to our grandkids, they all have so many happy funny memories of you ,the way they all remember you with so much love they often talk about you with a wish in there eyes that you were still here with them.
Anyone that know you could see how much you loved and cared for all your family, all of us have got so many beautiful stories and memories ❤️
even when you were ill you alway has a smile for everyone , you were one of the strongest people I have ever known, you always put your family first ❤️

well another month without you cannot believe it will be November tomorrow we would be shopping like mad for the Christmas dinner to feed all fourteen of us it was hard work but we loved it when we find out about your illness we both know we had to get on and enjoy every minute we had left with our family we always made Christmas so very special for our lads then they got married our family was getting bigger then what can I say about our grandkids we love them so much I know you will keep looking down and looking after them all  everyone knows our life is our family you are so missed by them all ,KEN you love our lads /family/ grandkids with a love that not found in many people you made each of them feel so special you always took the time to be there for them all that’s something to be proud of
