We were diving through the desert late one night.  I was driving dad’s pick up, my younger brother Jim was in the middle and Daddy was in the passenger seat, almost asleep.  All of a sudden dad opens his eyes and snaps up in his seat… “DEER!!!” He screams in horror.  My brother and I go into action looking for the deer, I slow down and am searching everywhere to make sure I don’t hit this thing.  Then all of a sudden, dad starts laughing an embarrassed kind of laugh, “sorry guys!  I thought I saw a deer, but there was a huge fly on the windshield!”  My brother rolled his eyes and suggested dad may want to go back to sleep!
