We made a lifetime of memories in these last 3 years. That's what matters. Brownies and coffee and grape leaves and dachshund puppies. I miss you with all my heart.

Those we love don't go away
They walk beside us every day
Unseen, unheard, but always near
Rest in peace Mom, until we meet again

Glad that we spent time together this past year. You will be missed by all who really cared about you, not those who came in and out of your life at opportune times. So sad that you couldnt hear that you were loved while alive. I know as you expressed it to me several times how unloved you felt. Rest now, knowing that I loved you not matter what.

The Diva of Stop n Shop

December 28, 2015

My mother adored her job. She loved the people of stop n shop in farmingdale and was very proud to be in their family. When she would visit me in Selden, and went to my store, she made a point of flashing her employee card and stating where she worked an insisted on her discount. She engaged the cashiers in stories about sales and specials while I waited on the sidelines. She even made sure to tell one cashier that her store was better.  Hysterical. I'm going to miss her crazy antics.

my mothers True heart

Mommy would take me with her shopping to rockaway parkway almost everyday when I was a little girl ,unfortunately in the early 80s there where quite alot on homeless people roaming around .searching through garbage cans for food .I was scared of them and tried to walk far away from them.but mommy tough me not to avoid them and without fail everytime she saw a homeless person she would take me to the McDonald's there and order food and we would give it to them.
